Is it safe to take Female Balance for long periods of time?
Female Balance is designed to take 2-3 weeks of the month. Letting the body rest for one week to ten days every month is supportive to the body.

Can I take Female Balance with other drugs? With HRT (hormonal replacement therapy)?
Female Balance is not a drug. However, oral consumption of herbs should not be taken within the same hour of drugs either orally or topically. HRT does modify the effects of hormones in the body. Those on HRT may take less Female Balance as a result for a short time, but may need to regulate the amount if HRT is continued.

Is Female Balance known to cause any unpleasant or harmful side effects?
There are no known unpleasant or harmful side effects. If you suspect any cause or concern, see your physician, or email any questions you may have. Female Balance is not for medical conditions – it is a supportive food based supplement.

Is there anyone who should NOT use Female Balance?
Pregnant women, Lactating women, Nursing mothers, children who are not having a period, and anyone who is under a doctor’s supervision for a chronic illness.

Who can take Female Balance?
Women with periods, non-pregnant women who have a difficult time having a period, teenagers, pre-menopause women, and menopause women.

How long until I should begin to notice results?
Most women notice a difference within a week or two. Other beneficial results can occur after 2 to 3 months.

How do I increase the effectiveness of the product?
For best results use for 15 days and rest for 15 days. Most women start using the product 10 days before their period and end a week after their period. As women mature, additional vitamin B6, Black Cohosh, and Fish Oils may be needed.

Should this be taken with food or on an empty stomach?
It depends upon the person. Those with a strong digestive system can take the product independent of food. Those with weak digestive systems may want to take the product with food. Some women choose to take a digestive supportive supplement.

How many should I take?
Teenagers usually take 2 twice a day. For those in their 30s and up, 4 twice a day may be necessary. However, some women only need 2 once a day to maintain a happy disposition and reduced pain, while others may need 4 to 5 each day to reach their desired emotional and physical state.

What is the best time to take Female Balance?
In the morning when rising, and in the afternoon.

What else can I do to minimize hot flashes or other PMS symptoms?
Most PMS symptoms can be attributed to nutritional and emotional stresses.
For nutritional stresses – try cleaning up the diet and eat with peace. Try fish oils, digestive enzymes, and a good fiber product. Cleaning or detoxing the body will always assist those with headaches and pain.
For those experiencing hot flashes – try to take care of your emotional stresses. Emotional stresses directly affect hot flashes.

For emotional stresses – find ways to connect to your inner self and who you are and your true personal goals and desires. Find a really good emotional counselor, coach or therapist to help you. Laugh a lot. Get some great sleep. Look at the conflicts of your life and start to harmonize yourself with your truth. Yoga, tai chi, meditation, prayer, talking with close friends, taking walks, all help :)
